2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of Art. 3 (1) (a) of the Unfair Competition Act (UWG) (Swiss law) via our online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance is confirmed by an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), including statutory VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs may apply, which will be stated separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to all European countries. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address. Unless otherwise stated, shipping will occur within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
6. Payment methods

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the goods are received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap products cannot be returned.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Bartikultur until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints can be submitted in writing by email to fresh@bartikultur.com .
10. Liability
Bartikultur is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Bartikultur is only liable for minor negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
